 Foresight’s fourth Heritage Lottery project is now underway and involves young disabled participants. The project called the Carnival is Over is based around the history of Cleethorpes carnival.  Upon completion of the carnival project the young participants will be holding a carnival exhibition at the Fishing Heritage Centre on Sunday August 29th 2010.
